Sarah is proudly a validated member of the Celebrants' Association of Aotearoa. This also means I can perform Registry Weddings - midweek at a venue that suits you.
Sarah is proudly vaccinated against Covid-19 and safely follows all necessary regulations.
ABOUT ME
Sarah Porter
With a Communications Degree and qualifications in Public Speaking, Effective Speaking and Speech & Drama, I have the knowledge and experience to make your ceremony or event a polished and professional one. I am also completely fastidious when it comes to running events - well known for my spreadsheets, time lines and organisational skills. These are the key ingredients you need in a Celebrant to make sure your day is professional yet personal, and organised yet relaxed.
Sarah has successfully completed First Aid Level 1 Course with St John.
Sarah believes in continually upskilling, and a lifetime of learning.
She has recently completed several Grief and Loss courses through both The Grief Centre and The Celebrant School to assist her with funeral celebrant work; as well as He Papa Tikanga (level 3) through Te Wananga o Aotearoa .

Getting personal
I was born and bred in Auckland, and now live in Stanmore Bay with my husband and two teenage sons. I work part time in the travel industry; and dedicate many hours to the community, including being on my sons' College Board of Trustees, Sports Committees and the like.
In my spare time I love sailing, scuba diving and fishing.
